Nestled in the lush Bophut hills with sweeping views across the bay, Baan Kinaree occupies one of the most peaceful and picturesque positions on the island. Just ten minutes from the beloved Fisherman's Village, the villa is oriented to catch both sunrise and sunset, bathing every corner in beautiful light throughout the day.
Three pavilions cascade down the hillside in a beautifully considered terraced arrangement, united by lush tropical gardens and a sense of effortless flow. Soaring wooden ceilings, rich dark timber, natural finishes and gentle Buddhist touches give Baan Kinaree its distinctive warmth and character, while the carved wood entrance door and softly trickling water features set the tone from the very first moment.
The main pavilion brings everyone together with expansive living, dining and kitchen spaces opening onto a breathtaking 20 metre terrace overlooking Bophut Bay. Five bedrooms are spread across the three pavilions, each a genuine retreat with generous proportions, grand bathrooms with both shower and deep soaking bathtub, and full length sliding doors framing the ocean beyond.
The 19.5 metre infinity pool is the heart of outdoor life at Baan Kinaree, with a pool sala housing a full bar and BBQ for relaxed al fresco evenings, and a private jacuzzi for quieter moments. The lush landscaped gardens wrap the whole estate in greenery, privacy and calm.

Exceptional Stay at Ban Kinaree

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ban Kinaree at the end of February 2026. The villa exceeded all our expectations and delivered an unforgettable experience in Koh Samui.
The location in the hills of Bophut is absolutely stunning — peaceful, private, and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, yet only a short 10-minute drive to Fisherman’s Village. The panoramic sea and mountain views from the infinity pool are simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset.
The villa itself is beautifully designed, blending traditional Thai architecture with modern tropical comfort. The wooden ceilings, natural materials, and thoughtful details create a warm and luxurious atmosphere. Each bedroom is spacious and private, with large bathrooms and outdoor/rain showers that make the stay feel even more special.
We especially loved the massive terrace and the 19.5m infinity-edge pool — perfect for relaxing during the day and enjoying dinners together in the evening. The al fresco dining area and BBQ facilities were great for group meals. The villa felt incredibly spacious, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
The staff were attentive, professional, and made us feel completely taken care of throughout our stay.
Ban Kinaree is the perfect combination of privacy, luxury, and convenience. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it.

The overall experience was pleasant. A picturesque location with a stunning view of the seashore overlooking the vastness of the ocean imbibed with a tranquil experience, sketching a perfect relaxing getaway. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. A special shoutout to the manager for expediting all important tasks in a very coordinated way.

We loved our stay in Koh Samui. The villa was incredible and the staff were so
friendly, attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back and we would highly
recommend to anyone wanting a great villa in a great spot.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, TLN must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by TLN.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by TLN and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if TLN cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of TLN. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with TLN local Representative’s Manager.
